Emails
Emails are used to inform you and/or the end user about major occurrences. They can contain important data or information. Some use cases require specific permissions, which you can find more information about in the relevant feature's page.
Use cases
Onboarding
Accept Terms of Service: This email is sent to you during the onboarding process. Accepting the Terms of Service is required for your account's activation. You can accept our Terms of Services by using the link provided in the email.
User Create: This email is sent to you during the registration procedure when a new user is created. You can finish setting up your User Account by using the link provided in the email.
Set Password: This email is sent to you when your user is created. You can set your password by using the link provided in the email.
Password Reset: This email is sent to you when you ask for a password reset. You can reset your password by using the link provided in the email.
Transactions
Subscriptions Creation: This email is sent to the end user when they subscribe to a plan. This email contains basic information about the Subscription and Cancellation policy.
Subscriptions Reminder: This email is sent to the end user before a subscription's payment is due. This email contains basic information about the Subscription and Cancellation policy.
Transaction Receipt: This email is sent to the end user when a transaction occurs. Depending on your preferences, you can also receive these emails to your own email address. This email contains basic information about the transaction.
Invoices
Invoice creation: This email can optionally be sent out to the Partner when creating an invoice. This email contains basic information about the invoice and an Invoice payment link.
Invoice reminder: This email is optionally sent as a payment reminder before an invoice's due date. This email contains basic information about the invoice and an Invoice payment link.
System emails
One Time Password Code request: This email is sent to the end-user because a One Time Password is required to cancel their subscription. The email includes a One Time Password (valid for 3 minutes) that they have to copy and paste to confirm the subscription cancellation request.
Linked account verification: This email is sent to you when you add a new Linked Account. This happens when you connect your Email address to the Hub. You can verify your new Linked Account by using the link provided in the email.
